SPAWNSY (the “Service”) is operated by the Service's operator (the “Operator”). For any matter related to the Service, contact: [email protected].

The Service provides editorial content (articles, news, reviews) covering technology, gaming, hardware, and esports, along with community features (user accounts, comments).

“User” means anyone using the Service, including anyone holding an Account within it.

“Account” means a User's individual account in the Service, created via registration or via sign-in through an external provider (Google, Steam, Twitch).

“Content” means articles, comments, avatars, and other material published within the Service, whether by the Operator or by Users.

Creating an Account requires a real, active email address and a password, or signing in through an external provider (Google, Steam, or Twitch).

The Service may be used by anyone with full legal capacity, or acting with the consent of a legal guardian, as required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for keeping their Account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

Attempts to bypass the Service's security, hijack, or impersonate another Account will result in immediate suspension or removal of the Account.

By posting a comment, the User represents that they hold all rights necessary to do so and that its content does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

The following are prohibited: spam and purely promotional content, unlawful content, content inciting hatred or violence, harassment of other Users, disclosure of third parties' personal data without their consent, and material infringing copyright.

The Operator reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove comments and other Content that violates these Terms, and to suspend or remove the Account responsible for such violations.

By posting a comment, the User grants the Operator a royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate it as part of operating the Service.

Editorial content published on the Service (articles, graphics, site branding) is protected by copyright and is either owned by the Operator or used under an appropriate licence.

Copying, redistributing, or otherwise using the Service's editorial content beyond permitted personal use requires the Operator's prior consent.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service working correctly and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Operator is not liable for content posted by Users (comments) to the extent such liability is excluded or limited under applicable law governing electronic services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

The Operator may suspend or remove an Account that violates these Terms, in particular for posting prohibited Content, attempting to compromise the Service's security, or other abuse.

Users may stop using the Service and request deletion of their Account at any time by contacting [email protected].

The Service is developed iteratively. Features may be limited, changed, or disabled without separate notice when security, product development, or infrastructure maintenance requires it.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms, in particular following changes to the Service's functionality or applicable law. The current version is always available at this address.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
